Here is one that goes in a jiffy-

melt one stick margarine with a bar of nobless chocolate, cool
mix three eggs with one cup confection sugar and add to the marg and choco mixture. Mix well. Put on bottom of pie crust and freeze.
Whip up a whip and a little instant vanilla pudding. Put on top of choco layer and sprinkle crushed viennese crunch on top.

Hearty appetite

cook one box of chocolate pudding/pie filling with 1 1/2 cups milk or rice/soy milk (for parve). When pudding comes to a boil, add 1/2 pack choco chips, shut flame, stir till melted & immediately pur into pie crust. cool well, or freeze
whip one parve topping with 1/2 pack instant vanilla pudding mix & top the pie
freeze
take out of freezer 1/2 to 1 hour before serving

What kind of pie crust do you use for this? Graham cracker crust or prebaked pie crust?

1 cup non-dairy creamer
1 cup topping (not whipped)
I box non-instant chocolate pudding mix

on a low flame bring all to boil, constantly stiring until thick & smooth (only keep on flame for about 2 minutes after it bubbles).
pour into graham cracker pie crust.

Take another cup of topping and whip up and put ontop. garnish with chocolate sprinkles if desired.

Do you freeze this or keep it in the fridge? This looks so easy.
