I thought I was being all organized and I figured ill cook the lokshen for yerushalmi kugel tonight then do the rest tom. I just looked at the recipe and youre not supposed to do that oh no! So what else can I do with cold thin egg lokshen?! Thanks!!

4 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 heaping tbsp honey
2 heaping tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 cup oil
mix em all together. add lokshen and bake at 450 for 20 min then lower to 350 for another 50-60 min
