pancakes - dont have exact recipe as it depends how many u want but it is soooo good
flour (abt a cup)
milk (add until the mixture is thin)
sugar (taste batter until u like the flavor)
eggs (abt 3)
gosh this recipe is confusing to me....
ok so u fry the pancakes - til brown - taste it to c if there is enough sugar - if not add sugar!!!
cheese mixture - this is a bit more exact!!!
1 container of JJ whipped creamcheese
1/4 container of JJ sour cream
sugar - taste til its good but about 1/4 cup
can add vanilla sugar if u like the taste (I dont)
shmear the cheese mixture thinly (but not too thinly) over the pancake then take twosides turn them inwards (towards each other) then roll the into a blintz shape (like a burrito) taking the unrolled side and rolling it towards the other unrolled side
ok I hope it wasnt too confusing!!!!! but they are delicious and well worth it (I use the same batter for crepes filled with choclate spread sliced bananas and strawberry sauce)

thicker, stickier sauce - take strawberry jam - thin it with a drop of water or place in microwave til 'drippy' then drizzle over blintzes
OR thiner sauce - strawberries (frozen) blended til smooth

strawberry sauce:
put in small pot
2 cups of strawberries crushed
add 1c sugar, 1c water
cook for one minute approx on low flame till sugar has dissolved.
Dissolve 2 tspns corn or potato starch in a half cup of cold water and add to strawberry mix - stir contantly till it gets thick.
voila!
