Oil Stain on kid's clothing

How would I treat a fresh oil stain?

pour talcum powder on the stain, leave it 4 a while n then wash it normally.

Never heard of this powder. Where can I find it or any similar item / subsitute for it.

talcum powder is like baby powder. You can also use Well Done St. Moritz spray, but be careful with inhaling it!

Try using dishwashing soap - it's meant to cut out grease and does work!

For about 10 min. Poured it on stain, let it sit 10 min then washed regularly. And its gone!

Thanks! Was the oil stain still wet, or did you need to moisten it with water?

No, the oil stain can be dry for it to work. Corn flour should work also, if that's all you have. And if you only see the stain after the item is washed, it should still work then.
