I have a frozen overnight potato kugel (froze it after it was all night in oven already). What's the best way to rewarm it so it tastes fresh and crispy?
Thanks!

I would say put it on 325 for a coupla min - say 20-30- to get it defrosted and then lower to maybe 250 until it's as nice and crispy as you want it.

Oh, and if you want crispy, make sure to uncover it, at least for the last few minutes.

After 30 minutes, it was still cold in the center. I left it on low, I hope it won't dry out.
