The other thread has me wondering about something. Would anybody here eat my food, at my house? This is for people who have gotten to know me here over the last two years.

I won't take it personally.

ps - This thread is not for people who have a history of not liking me here.

pps - This thread doesn't mean anybody is invited.

I would think about it depends on a few things.
1. Do u wash your hands with soap after using the washroom.
2. Do u allow your children to put snot covered hands in the food.
3. Do you have cockroaches living in your residence that u are aware of.
I could think of more but dont want to get to evil.

In all seriousness I would have to know u first and see your home before I would eat there. I am backside though about things like this. One of the reasons we have so much company is that that way I can control what food there is and the cleanliness factor. I wont even eat at my MIL house. When we go there I pretty much sit at the table with a cup of water or feign ilness and dont even go. There are so many ppl at the table that no one has realized yet and its been 4 years.
I also wont eat anything at my mothers house unless it was made fresh that day she has a problem with throwing things out so once it goes in the fridge who knows how long its been there.
So in other words im backside and would most probably rather you come to me than me go to you.

Excellent answers, each and every one. Those who wouldn't eat there managed to say something nice, anyway.

I really wouldn't have been hurt had someone said NO. Some of my favorite people here wouldn't consider such a thing. It's not personal.

Yes, and it's Whip-free, as God meant it to be.

Clarissa...
as long as you would not be offended if I brought some stuff...I wouldn't be offended if you wouldn't eat my meat, though...heard that before.

Great! Broccoli or mushroom I don't care.
Um, the plane ticket might be a bit on the costly side though; you did say you are flying me over right? I'm sure I heard that and something about a Swiss massage.

(Going for broke).
