Hhaha, about 15 years ago, I was at a regular camp that shared a campus with Camp Nu Yu. The girls from there used to come over to our side and beg for candy.
Do you know what their miracle "program" was? Wake up, walk 3 miles, then have a teeny weeny breakfast, then go swimming, then eat a teeny weeny lunch, then aerobics! There was no art, no drama, no music, no learning, just sports or working out.
Sure, the girls lost a lot of weight, wouldn't you if all you did was eat nothing and work out?
All the ones that I knew who went there gained it back year fast. I sincerely hope they have improved the program in the last 15 years.
