I meant to bring it up with the dentist and havent had a chance but was wondering does anyone know why an 11 year old would have gums that are slightly purplish about 1/4 inch higer than the tooth line) in 1 or 2 areas? Its been around for awhile and I cant notice it unless I ask her to open her mouth and I pull her lips up. Any ideas? (She brushes 2x a day BTW)
