I nursed all my children clean, including the one I nursed for 25 months.. Had I not given up, I probably would have nursed him clean for another 24 months..
I guess it is a nature.
I wasn't on any nutrition diet, nor did I take vitamins. I ate allot of sweets and junk food too.

I have 3 friends I could think of even in their 20's who nursed clean for over a year. I don't think age makes a difference. It could be as one get older / has more babies you nurse clean longer. For me each baby I got my period later.
