When read in isolation it could be understood that way. When put back into the context of all the dozens (hundreds?) of posts in which FS explicitly stated that she was a ministry-level mental health professional and was visiting mental health services all over the country in that capacity, it becomes clear that it was intended to deceive, regardless of whether or not she actually was a patient that day.
