anyone have a good recipe on how to make this rice with mushrooms and onions that its tasty?? mine doesnt come out good. I usually saute the onions and mushrooms and add to the rice, but its really bland.

Cook the brown rice with water and salt for a long time then when done mix in the onions and mushroom. Should be tasty-perhaps you are adding too little onions? The onions should be well done.

I usually sautee the onions until soft, then add the mushrooms, rice, water, white wine, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil, then simmer till water is gone.
