Dr. Goldschein/ Cedarhurst Dental. not sure about the CHP part, but he's a really nice guy

I have a great one in Staten Island that takes CHP (I have Empire) but it's a little far from you.

A lot of people in the Five Towns use Dr. Steven Krauss and I've heard really great things about him. Not sure which insurance he takes. Hope this helps!
