I'm looking for potato kugel recipes, I'd like to compare a few recipes and try them out (preferably for overnight kugel)

I do 8 potatoes, 8 eggs, 1/2-3/4 cup oil, 1/4-1/2 cup seltzer, 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp osem ck consomme. pour into lined 9x13 bekeleh bake at 400°F for 2 hrs ( to overnight it bake at 400° for 1 hr lower it to 250° cover it and put a bekeleh of water on bottom shelf overnight

12 potatoes
6 eggs
3/4 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
beat together oil eggs salt and pepper in a bowl.grind onion in food processor. switch to grater blade. grate potatoes. mix the potatoes and onions with the egg mixture. pour into a well oiled preheated pan and bake for at least an hour at about 375.

I got my recipe from mrs weiner from her video "a taste of shabbos" on chabad.org and as of now (doing it since pesach and passed it on to a bunch of friends) it always came out great
preheat oven to 450
put oiled pan in oven to heat up
in blender:
4 potatoes
1 onion
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
(I do not put any pepper)
blend the whole thing pour in pan bake for 30 min at 450 and 30 min (or more) at 350
if you want a whole 9x13 pan make double recipe meaning: make one, pour in pan, put pan in oven, make second batch, pour in pan, put back in oven.

2 onions
8 eggs
1 C oil
3.5 tsp salt
sprinkle black pepper
10-14 yukon gold potatoes, shredded, not grated
pammed 9x13, on 350 until golden
