I'm looking for a "secondary" pediatrican close by to my home.
I am keeping my pediatrician in Flatbush for well visits, but need one close to home for throat cultures, etc.

Leila Tov Pediatrics (I think that's what they're called): 54th Street, right off 14th ave. (bet 14-15). I don't use them, but have a friend who is very happy there.

Stat care on 58th st bet. 11 and 12th ave. They are mostly there from 7pm-midnight, sort of like an after hours place for those who don't want to wait til the morning to see the doc,but I do believe they have morning hours , too.
I took my dd there when she came down with high fever and my ped was out of town. They took an instant culture ($30) and they do accept most insurances, but I opted to pay cash as my copay would've been $30 anyway, so why bother calling insurance and switching providers for one time.

I used Mermelstien and wasn't happy.
I know there is a dr. a few houses after ateres chaya on 54 /14 n 15. not sure the name.
or Roth on 15 / 52 n 53 but that's a factory.

lila tov is very good u have dr stien ,dr diamond ,stat care but I think lyla tov is the best

Dr. Kypson's office is by 14&54 a few doors away from Ateres Chaya but he had a stroke or something like that, not sure f he is 'back in business' yet
