I do the yerushalmi kugel from kbd - its all one pot. I can make it in my sleep.

This kugel is sweet and delicious!
10 oz medium noodles, cooked and drained
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 T vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Combine all ingredients, pour into greased 9 inch round pan, and bake at 350 for about an hour.

stargazer, id like to make ur recipe but it says it makes 1 9 inch pan, I need a 9 by 13 pan...can I double it? will that work?
thats a ton of eggs!

The original recipe was 3x this amount, and was for 3 9" round pans, so I just did 1/3 of the recipe. IF you want to double maybe do it in 2 9" pans? Or if not, I am sure a 9x13 would work, although I never tried.
The kugel is pretty thick, so maybe 1 1/2 the recipe would work? Good luck!

SWEET LUKSHEN KUGEL
This is one of those in-bulk recipes that freeze well. It’s great to have them in the freezer – you could just pull out a ready-made kugel!
1 lb medium size egg noodles
1 stick margarine
1 parve vanilla pudding mix
1 parve dessert whip
5 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained well
Mix together and pour into 3 round pans. Sprinkle tops of kugels with vanilla sugar and cornflake crumbs.
