My 3 month old baby is only fed formula and when he spit up after I burped him at his last feeding, it was brown instead of white!!!! I spoke to a nurse from my doc office who said its fine cause hes happy and no fever bh. I'm still freaking out a little. I fed all my kids this soy formula from day 1 and I have NEVER seen brown spit up!! Anyone ever seen this or know what it could be from??????????

It happened a few times during the last feeding. It happend each time I burped him. I really panicked and I still dont like the thought of it...but the nurse/doctor isnt worried....so I dont know what to think now.
