Does anyone know of a good pareve dessert recipe that is suitable for diabetics.?Thanks..

dh has diabetes and he pretty much has given up on dessert. he'll have canteloupe on occasaion, but he usually skips. I haven't really found any good-tasting stuff, and besides, he's pretty much off carbs now, so if he eats dessert, it will be a tiny piece of whatever I make for the rest of the family.

is he off carbs entirely?
if not then I suppose fruit or some of the sugar free products could be ok
I was on a diabetic diet for a while and missed dessert terribly. I was actually craving an apple!!!
