I had luck at sears before pesach when they had the easter suits. don't know if they have anything like that anymore...

I got my son two suits in 3t (he was wearing 2t at the time) and shortened the pants. now I have to let down the hems, and we'll be set for rosh hashana. I think they're reasonably priced, especially if you get to use them for a full year. and they're really adorable.

Try Bunny Creek. They don't have a huge amount right now. But they have a couple of vest outfits and a couple of suits.

Keep in mind that toddlers get dirty, even on yom tov. I tend to buy just dark trousers and a dark top (NOT white!) that look put together enough for shul but are easily washable and NOT expensive!

You're welcome! I LOVE that site. They don't always have a ton of clothes, but they have all seasons all the time, and have some real bargains. Especially on the dressy stuff. Them and kidsurplus.com are my favorite sites for kid clothes. kidsurplus is mostly casual, though.
