These honey cookies are the closest to the store bought ones I have found:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinammon
1 pinch salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 heaping tablespoons honey
with greased hands form walnut sized balls
Bake on 400 degrees for 9-10 minutes
I doubled the recipe last week and it was so yum my kids finished it all off. I will probably triple the recipe tonight.

great recipe! They look like the store bought ones.
They were quick and easy to make and taste great warm! If there are any left for tomorrow, I'll see how they taste cool too.
