Some kind of cookie/mandel bread recipe?

I need a recipe that does not call for a lot of chocolate. DH doesnt like chocolate, but will eat something with chocolate chips. Im making mango sorbet for sukkos and need some type of cookie to go with it.
maybe coffee or cinnamon sugar flavored? Anyone?
