how can I make pepper steak in the oven?

I would stir fry the peppers & onions, remove, stir fry the steak... add it all together and put on the soy sauce and stuff.. the extra cooking time you can do in the oven. but if you are stir frying... might as well finish it in the pot ?

you gotta brown the meat first - as shakleemom says "might as well finish it in the pot"

don't forget to add some ginger ...
