I made these for dinner and they're just SO delish. I can definitely see kids adoring this too. Since canned whole mushrooms are expensive, you might wanna wait 'til they're on sale.
Ingredient (don't have to be SO exact)
1. 1 large or 2 small onions
2. Vegetable oil
3. salt / pepper
4. chopped garlic (1 teaspoon)
5. 3 or 4 cans of whole mushrooms
6. 1 heaping teaspoon (or more) ground coriander
Directions:
Slice onions extremely thinly and add to pot with vegetable oil to sautee. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sautee until lightly browned. Then add in the chopped garlic and sautee for 2 minutes.
Then add in the 3 or 4 cans of whole canned mushrooms and stir the pot/pan. Sprinkle with ground coriander and stir to combine.
Let sautee for 4 or 5 minutes (add some extra oil if you see it's dry or burning!)
Then place mix in an oven-safe dish and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Amazing!!!
I was told that you have to use canned mushrooms, not fresh, for this recipe.
