My toddler has 2 small warts on his fingers.
My pediatrician told me what I should be putting on.
I've been putting on a little medication before he goes to bed but I'm concerned he's putting his fingers in his mouth. And he will not tolerate a bandaid on his fingers for a second--it comes right off.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

I'd suggest you use a natural wart remedy instead. My son had a bunch of small warts and after I used a natural remedy a year ago, they all disappeared and not one has reappeared. I wrote more about what I used here.

there's also the freeze-off, one time application for warts. the wart disappear withing 15-20 days. (it does hurt a bit for the 20 seconds that you keep it on)
