Hamentash dough and filling (Cookielady)
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....43058

I think that is the correct thread. I learned from cookielady to use brownie filling (I use dunkin hines brownie mix raw - I think I got that from her as well)

We really like this low fat roasted garlic dip. The apple is not recognizable and adds just the right amount of flavor.

Thanks to Pink Tichel for the Moist Honey Cake.

I used agave syrup instead of sugar, and allspice powder. It is a brown, moist cake.

Thank you!!!

I have so many awesome recipes saved from this site!

Chocolate Mousse's potato knish kugel
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....kugel

Mocha Bundt Cake
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....+cake

Oil based choc chip cookies (not sure who posted this)
Levana Kirschenbaum's recipe:
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
3/4 cup plus 2 tbl spoons oil
1 tbs vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 best quality chocolate chips

Spiced chicken with potatoes (also not sure who posted this, sorry):
rub chicken w/ oil (1 t per each peach) and lots of spices - cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken soup mix (optional) cayenne pepper (optional). Stick in in the oven, covered, for an hour. In the meantime, boil 2-3 peeled potatoes in a pot. Once theyre semi-soft, slice them. After the chicken has cooked for an hour, add the sliced potatoes and pour the juice from the chicken on top. Return to the oven and cook covered for another 30 min. If you like crisper chicken, cook uncovered for an additional 15 min.

Cran-apple piecrust (using Ramom's crumb topping)
One can of cranberry sauce
Sliced apples
Cinnamon
Sugar
Piecrust
(combine all ingredients and put in piecrust) then add crumble:
Crumble:
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (didn't have any, so I used vanilla sugar)
pinch salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 egg (I used 1 medium sized egg)

Mix until crumbly

Cook for around 25-30 min or until ready

chocolate moose's apple cranberry kugel, no margarine. We use it as a desert/shabbos snack because we're not into sweet kugels as a main dish.
