I'm returning mine but it is a basic model. Hard to push and left my tile/wood a little streaky. I do know that some people like them.

I think they're great. I borrow one from a relative every so often.
big warning: these are only for use on tile. not wood, not laminate. and obviously not carpet 
so if you are looking for a good mop for wood, don't get it. if anything gets stuck on your floor that is not compatible with this mop, you can scrub it by hand with a little hot water. same results.
basically, if you've got the right floors for it, absolutely worth the purchase. it's nice to be able to sanitize the floors with no chemicals, and it removes dirt really quickly.
