How long can their server be busy...? "HTTP Error 500-13 - Server too busy"

Has anyone taken the road test in Starett City?

According to my teenage cousins Mariners Harbour is the place to go for a good road test. I took mine in Harlem and it actually went well. If you go with an accredited driving instructor they tend to look upon you more kindly.

if you're well prepared, starrett city isn't any more difficult to pass than other places.

I personally passed at starrett on my first try. I do know (from both word of mouth and from my father who was a driving instructor) that the testing administrators at starrett are significantly more stringent than at other locations. but again if you know what you're doing and you're a good driver, you won't have a problem.
