Fat free pumpkin applesce squares
a la Spark People

6 egg whites
1 cup applesce
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves, and 1/2 tsp allspice, or to taste

You mix your ingredients and bake in a deep 8 inch pan at 375 for about 20 minutes. Eat cold.
