I will post this in several forums on the board. I am in desperate need of a fund to send a 12 yr old girl to camp. The home enviroment is not conducive to her yiddishkeit and self-esteem and we undertook to send her to camp for 4 weeks and pay for appropriate clothes (family has no money so she barely has any clothing) I do not make enough to pay for it and am trying to see if there is an org in the NY area to pay for it.

Leah Lipsker of CH (Montgomery St.)runs some camp fund. I don't know the name. if you need the number let me know.
don't know the background, but maybe try NCFJE/Camp Emunah and spk with them.
