I don't have my Susie Fishbein collection with me in Israel, and I really want to make the Bourekas that she has in one of the KBDs. Can anybody look it up and post it?

Thanks!!

I found this recipe online and didnt realize til the THIRD time I made it that it's from KBD! here you go!
http://www.recipezaar.com/Moro.....44120

Ingredients
1 large egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 lb ground beef or lamb
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch ground ginger
1 (1 lb) box puff pastry, squares thawed
sesame seed

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2 In a small bowl, lightly beat an egg with 1 tablespoon water. Set aside.
3 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until shiny. Add the chopped garlic, tomato and tomato paste and saute 3 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine well the meat, minced garlic, spices and parsley.
5 Add the meat mixture to the pan. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until liquid evaporates and meat is cooked through.
6 On a sheet of parchment paper, slightly roll out each pastry square. Spoon 1-2 heaping teaspoons of meat into center of each square, leaving a border of pastry. Brush edges of square with the egg mixture. Fold squares to form triangles and, using the tines of a fork, press edges to seal.
7 Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8 Bake for 25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden. Serve with a dollop of chummus.
