I made a few large apple cobblers in spring form pans. It is too be served cold shabbos lunch at a simcha.
What is the best way to defrost them so they don't get soggy or lose their shape. It has a crumb base and I don't want it to collapse when taken out of the pan
I'm thinking of sticking them in the oven at a low temp to defrost before shabbos so they won't get soggy but the opposite may occur. Has anyone done this?

I would let them completely defrost and rebake them again before shabbos.

Make sure to leave them uncovered.
