I would think all recipes would be pareve. Unfortunately, we don't have a recipe. We just cook as many potatoes as we think we'll want, put them through a ricer, add plenty of eggs, some salt and fry in (lots of) oil.

same here but we omit the salt and we sprinkle them with sugar before eating
