why is it that a toddler is encouraged to wear a kippa before age 3 but tzitzis is almost considered not allowed before 3?
my son begs to wear tzitzis, he finds my husbands tzitzis and hangs it around his neck and looks so proud! I would love to buy him a pair, is there anything wrong with that?
as far as having a dirty diaper goes, I heard that it makes no difference, anyways its just for chinuch, and if a child isnt trained till 4 lets say, he shouldnt wear tzitzis?!  
I think people just use the "you'll get tzitzis when you're trained bribe"as an incentive to train their boys not that it actually has a reason.
if I'm wrong please tell me BUT PLEASE PROVIDE A TRUSTWORTHY SOURCE!

I once heard that I think it was the freidiker rebbe that started wearing tzitzis when he started to walk.
anyone else hear this?
if he could why cant I give my son?

where did you hear that you are not allowed to?
I know someone who does, but she is the only one I know.
I wanted to buy a pair because my Mendel loves to kiss them.
