My husband and I are the founders of a special ed yeshiva program. For Chanukah we give cash gifts to our staff and for Purim we like to give gifts. Our staff is made up of men and women - all frum. What gift would be appropriate for everybody - meaning the same gift for all? No time, energy, or 'kup' to buy 'gender sensitive' gifts.
Thanks.
Sarah S.
P.S. Each gift can cost up to $75.00.

If they are mostly teaching then on that salary surely something really practical would be most appreciated, short of cash, why not a whole case of wine, def. practical although not pretty for presentation, but purim followed straight by pesach, it would be put to good use. Maybe hand out pretty gift cards with prepaid at a local wine store they can pick a choice of a few diff. kinds.

A few ideas...
Leatherbound Haggadah/Megillas Esther with commentary and name imprinted?
Wooden Sefiras Ha'omer chart?
Membership to a local attraction?
Restaurant gift certificate?
Shalach manos in a silver washing cup?
Gift certificate for a professional portrait?

Gift certif. to wine store, sh. shab. grocery, supermarket or bakery would be most practical, esp. with pesach coming. everyone, married or single, male or female, has to eat.

giving out food is not really a presentable gift since it gets used up so fast and the memory is gone. but something nice that they can use like some posters said above would be memorable and something nice. I have no ideas so sorry.
