This is prob not the right forum, but I didnt know where to post this.
Looking for student tickets for me and my husband for next year, from New York to Israel.
Does anyone know of any good deals? The tickets need to be open ended and we will both be students next year.
This year, we flew on israir student tickets (at 1400 a ticket!!!! INSANE) but Israir is no longer. The only price quoted to us so far is the elal student tickets and it is for 1458 a ticket --- can not imagine paying that much -
anyone know of anything cheaper?!!?

That's the only option for student open tickets. You can perhaps get a cheaper 1-year ticket but then you would have to pay a change fee if you wanted to change your return. European airlines charge about $200-$300 per change so it probably won't end up being worth it.

I forgot to add that if you know your definite return date, then it would be worth it.
