I microwave some potatoes, slice them and brown them on the skillet, season and serve with eggs.

Pancakes are great too, and not hard to make.

small salad.

bagels toasted and put everything else on the side, lox, cheese, cream cheese, veggies.

Avocado salad -

Mash avocado with egg(s). Add some salt and garlic powder to taste. Place it at center of plate.

Cut up vegetables; tomatoes, Kirbie, lettuce, etc.. or any other (raw) veg. salad, and spread around the plate.
You can fancy up the plate by slicing a tiny tip of a tomato, or peel (with potato peeler) some skin of a tomato or carrot, and swirl shape it to make it look like a rose. Place on center of avocado salad.

Serve with bread or crackers.
Nutritious and very filling...

Breakfast Burrito. . .

Make whatever kind of eggs or omelet your dh likes and roll it up inside a tortilla. You can make it spanish style, with salsa inside. . .

Eggs and Soldiers (English)

Make soft boiled eggs. Then make toast, butter it, and cut it into skinny slices to dip inside the egg (those are the soldiers!) If you don't have an egg cup, you can cut the bottom out of a Styrofoam cup.

Cut-up melon with cottage cheese on top. (I don't know if it will be filling enough...)

What about plain old cereal and milk?
