How long does an opened pkg of tofu last in the fridge? The pkg says a week.I have mine about two weks, stored in water that I changed about two times. It looks fine. Can I assume it is? Thanks

It'll smell sour when it's bad.

I won't use it if it either smells sour or the surface feels slimey or the surface looks yellowey/pinkish reddish. 2wks seems a bit long.
