What about an outlet center? Like woodberry or jackson, I'm sure you can get designer bags for bargain prices there!

Michael Kors are fabulous. I love Kate Spade. Doorney & Bourke are not as nice as they were a few years ago.

Surprisingly, Macy's in Manhattan have a great selection of gorgeous bags. You will be spoiled for choice!

any of the following are great quality, and are usually available cheaper in the outlets.

mulberry, coach, chloe, marc jacobs etc, but it depends also on what your taste is in bags.

good luck. and enjoy it..

Coach and mulburry for classical style that's good quality/durable.

Fendi, Gucci, Prada for more modern fashion, less classical looks.

If $ is not a matter you can go for the ultimate--Hermes birkens probably $5000 and UP.
(Kelly is less expensive, also a great classy look though a bit old fashioned--Queenie look)

Anya Hindmarch does lots of made-to-order bags including the ones you can "print"
photographs of your choice.

I'm a Kate Spade span and still use mine from 6 years ago... however lately have not seen any styles from her that I fancy. Purchased at Nordstroms, and sent it back to have fabric fixed when the edges got worn without charge.

I have no idea where you live, but if it is in the UK there are outlet places here too.
