cookielady posted a great deli roll type recipe awhile back using them. I made them for an appetizer and dh finished all of them with no room for supper, they were so good (and easy!!)

I made kreplach with wonton wrappers. (well came like wonton in wonton soup). Can you cut eggroll wrappers in quarters and do the same?

I've also seen something called banana egg rolls (I presume fried) with chocolate sauce on a dessert menu at an asian restaurant.

Pizza wraps. Fill with sauce and cheese. Close like an egg roll and fry. I never said it was healthy, but they are good.

Marinate chicken breast in your choice of sauce, cut into strips, put strips into wrappers and fry.

Yum!!!

if they are big enough, make them into bowls. Wet the bottom a little bit and place in a metal bowl. Bake in the oven until they are hard. (to microwave, do the same in a microwavable bowl)
Serve individual salads in the bowls, or serve eggs/liver on a lettuce leaf.
It looks really pretty, without much effort.
