I cooked salmon and want to know whether it can now be frozen and defrosted at some later point. Anybody?

If it is well cooked then yes you may freeze it, and rewarm after defrosting later. Was it good atleast b/c I'm hungry

why wouldnt fish be good if its frozen and not cooked. I sometimes buy a big package of fresh fish and whatever I dont make for dinner I freeze for another night.... is that not ok?
