non-fried apple chips (I think Paskesz makes them)
popcorn
baked potato chips (Kettle makes really great baked chips)
baby carrots
grapes or frozen grapes
an apple
a yummy earth lollipop (just 22 calories and really good)

It depends on what I'm in the mood for--if I want something sweet, I'll do fruit or dried fruit. If I want something salty, I will take a handful of pretzels. I will sometimes turn to things that are soooooo taboo in diets but if that's what you're craving then you could eat a million calories of other things before you feel satisfied, so sometimes I'll take one small (mini) piece of chocolate, close the bag and walk away. It satisfies the craving without packing onthe pounds.

I can't eat ketchup (has sugar, I'm on Atkins) but it does not sound appetizing. You learn something new every day.

Imaonwheels--I'm on Atkins too. I'd LOVE suggestions for anything you'd had success with. I'm finding it's really expensive and I have NO snack ideas!

No oil, no Pam. Keep your eye on them and bake a few minutes. They should not burn.
