I need ideas for pesach side dishes, preferably kugels that I can make and freeze. I have 25 recipes for apple kugel and potato kugel, so I'm set for that  ....any other ideas? Any recipes for carrot kugel, maybe? anything else? I use processed foods.

I don't have my Pesach menus set yet, but we eat tsimes and like it a lot with sweet ptoato, carrots and pineapples. Latkes are good, too.
We do a lot of salad and veggie dishes, though, more so than kugels.
