I like this recipe because it has no sugar and is really good
a box of angel hair spaghetti
saute lots of garlic with enough oil for all noodles
add noodles when cooled down
add soy sauce and quite a bit of parsley
a little salt and sesame seeds

Does anyone use tehina or peatnut butter? I like my dressing creamier but they tend to stuck a bit heavy on pasta strand. I also like adding chopped red or orange peppers for colour.

I have a similar recipe that calls for rice vinegar too. (same amount as sesame oil).

I made it this week for shabbos! It was great, thanks. Will try variations with peanut butter, peppers, maybe water chestnuts and baby corn too.

Does anyone ever add slivers of chicken or beef to the noodles?

I sometimes make a main dish of grilled chicken over sesame noodles based on KBD's recipe.

That's fine. Add the scallions & sesame seeds fresh.
