Im worried that he may have the flu and might have given it to my sister. She is due for a c section this thursday, and the last thing she needs is to get sick

Hmmm. Unless you knew beforehand that he'd be getting sick, in which case you should feel terribly guilty, there's not much you can do about it now except daven (which is a nice thing to do in any event).
Hope your sil is well, and refuah sheleimah to your ds!
