Does the clarity of the video talk depend on the internet connection or the web cam? Can anyone reccomend a good webcam, my computer comes with a integrated one but its only 1.3mp does it matter? What can I do to that the video shouldn move in slow motion? Is there such a thing as a really clear video call?

the quality of the picturte is the camera, but the choppiness of the transmission is up to the internet connection.
I had to aget a new camera because my new computer runs Windows 7, and I went to Office Depot and found the least expensive one for about $20. I didn't need one that made effects, etc.
It works great.
