I need to wash the seats of my double city elite stroller son had an accident in it. I need husband to be able to take kids to shul tomorrow don't think I have time for laundry mat today. is taht the only option??/

Can you wash the seat by hand in your bathtub?
(You need to wash them both?)

Yeah, bathtub is the only solution. I'd also invest in stroller seat liners.

I had a liner for an umbreall stroller and it was easily washed.
