Hi,
I am not sure this is the right place fo but seeing it has to do with the house...
We weould like to redecorate our hallway. We've settle on lino on the corridor but at the end of the corridor there are some stairs and we 're not sure how to cover them. Do you have any idea?
Will lino be ok there? or should we rip off the carpert and leave the wood, the only worry with that is that it will get cold in the winter
Please help!!

I would leave it carpeted. choose a carpet with a light pattern (like in a hotel) that won't show every speck.
the only carpet in our house is on the staircase, and in the attic.
