anyone have a good recipe wit those mini frozen pie shells? possible with ground beef, or other??

If you want to use ground beef, make shepherd's pies, they're delicious in a pie shell.
It's just a layer of browned ground beef and mashed potatoes on top.
There are tons of recipes for shepherd's pie on the site.

Mini chicken pot pies? The Spice & Spirit has a delicious recipe. They say to put the mixture in a dish & cover with dough. I like dough on the top & bottom.

I might be to late but you can make tarts for dessert open fav. pie filling and pur in and make some crumb topping with margarine sugar flour and cinnamon or bake plain. I also use the zuchini kugel recipe from kp and bake in those sometimes to be fancy. Or you can make a broc. kugel/quiche mush or any other veg and bake in shells to be fancy or have indiv. kugels likes nice as a side dish.
