I made a typical buttercream icing and added red gel coloring to it (it is hard to get red by using the liquid food coloring it usually just turns pink) and my kids mouths were red. I wanted to use the recipe for my purim theme on mini cakes but all who eat it will have red teeth and lips!
is there any way to avaoid this?
