Blue eyes and brown/black hair is my favorite combination. It's beautiful.
DD is only six so no makeup for her yet obviously. What should she wear to bring out the blue in her very light blue/gray/green eyes? She has light brown hair.

My eyes are a pretty shade of blue, but rather small. Is there anything I can do to give the impression they are bigger?
mascara mascara mascara! try to open up the lashes as much as possible. also put the eyeliner on the outside of your eye as apposed to the inside. lmk if u have no clue what I am talking abt. you can also try extending you eyeliner line a little further outward, this may help but if its not done right it can look terrible.
