anyone have the recipe to the eggplant spread that is similar to babaganush, but not quite -
ingredients:
eggplant
garlic
salt
vinegar
pinch of mayonnaise
--I need the amounts please, anyone?

I use two eggplants prick them, put them in the oven until they are soft.
I put the eggplant (I only use the pulp since I don't like the skin) four cloves of garlic, 1tsp salt, 2 sprinkles of pepper, 6 tbs of mayo or more if you like it more creamier, Juice of two lemons
Blend it in a food processor until smooth like baby food and enjoy.
